Project Expert

What you will be doing

• Ensure timely delivery of project activities are met with high-quality within approved budget
• Act as a role model to project participants and support team throughout all project phases
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, based on the pre-agreed RACI
• Take part in project budget planning, defining project timeline, RACI, communication plan
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outlines tasks, timelines, and resources
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion
• Prepare and hold update meetings on project statuses
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards and documentation to management and stakeholders
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective teamwork throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancement through digital finance tools
• Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project delivery and outcome

What will make you successful?

• At least 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance field
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• College / University degree or similar in finance field
• Fluent English is a must. Any other language is a plus
• Strong ability to influence and negotiate when communicating, engaging people at all levels
• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to create an environment that delivers excellent customer service, inspiring change in people and work culture
• Strong skill set including decision making , problem solving ,time management ,planning analysis and organisation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build partnerships both internally and externally with key stakeholders
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate processes are being used
• Knowledge of finance softwares any project management tool is an advantage
• Hands-on experiences in different finance processes is and advantage
• Confident usage of MS excel and Power Point
