What you will be doing
Place safety first.
Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
Hooking of parts for painting.
Unloading lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting.
Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
Read work instructions and interpret production drawings.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
The ability to work any shift is required.
Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 130 lbs. on a repetitive basis, with a partner.
Must have the ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot/cold).
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Manufacturing Experience is desirable.
HSD or GED preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred.
Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external source to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension.
