Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
About the role Support accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for Iberia Extrusion, ensuring accurate financial data, adherence to local regulations, and alignment with Hydro policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, and balance sheet documentation.
Support internal/external audits, tax requirements, and internal control procedures.
Assist with monthly/annual reporting and financial analysis.
Collaborate with Controlling and business teams to ensure data consistency and quality.
Participate in digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
Knowledge of accounting principles, closing cycles and ERPs (SAP, Hyperion).
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
High level of English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
