Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

What you will be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. The position includes managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes, while driving initiatives to improve engagement and retention. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting organizational change and contributing to continuous improvement across HR functions.
