Pay Range: $124,657 - $171,292

Job Summary

The Non-Metal Procurement Program Manager leads cross-functional procurement programs and uses data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and support effective decision-making.

This role manages strategic programs from definition through implementation and benefits realization, develops procurement capabilities through training and content, and partners across functions to identify opportunities for procurement involvement. The position combines strong program management with hands-on analytics, KPI measurement, dashboards, and executive reporting and reports directly to the Senior Director, Non-Metal Procurement.

What you will be doing

Program Management
•    Lead procurement programs and priority initiatives from concept through implementation, establishing scope, objectives, governance, milestones, resources, risks, and success measures.
•    Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain action and decision tracking, resolve barriers, and provide clear accountability for delivery and benefits realization.
•    Partner across functions to identify areas of synergy, opportunities for earlier or greater procurement involvement, and needs for procurement capability building.
•    Manage the procurement training program, including needs assessment, curriculum planning, content creation, delivery coordination, participation tracking, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and scalable reporting solutions that provide timely or real-time visibility to program status, procurement performance, opportunities, and results.
•    Create polished presentations and executive-ready program updates that communicate achievements, financial impact, trends, risks, priorities, and required decisions.
•    Support emerging projects or stakeholder requests as needed, applying a procurement lens to clarify needs, develop solutions, execute work, and measure outcomes.

 


Data Analytics, Reporting & Procurement KPIs
•    Extract, cleanse, reconcile, and analyze large data sets to deliver accurate recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
•    Analyze spend, pricing, demand, contract, compliance, savings, and working-capital data to identify trends, risks, and value opportunities. 
•    Understand procurement KPIs and define proper calculation methods, baselines, targets, data sources, refresh frequency, and reporting standards. 
•    Assess data availability and quality, establish practical measurement approaches, and drive improvements that increase the reliability and usability of procurement information.
•    Translate analytical findings into concise insights, recommendations, opportunity assessments, and measures of business impact.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience combining program or project management with procurement, analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, finance, or a related function.
•    Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs from definition through implementation, including measurable results and executive reporting.
•    Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex data sets and developing recurring and ad-hoc reports, KPIs, dashboards, and presentations.
•    Working knowledge of procurement processes, terminology, performance measures, and value levers; direct procurement experience is preferred.
•    Experience developing training content, coordinating learning programs, or supporting organizational capability building.
•    Experience supporting regional stakeholders and multiple sites

 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

•    Project or program management certification such as PMP, PMI, CAPM, or equivalent
•    Program leadership, governance, prioritization, and accountability across multiple initiatives.
•    Analytical problem-solving and synthesis of complex data into clear recommendations.
•    Cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, influence, and procurement capability building.
•    Concise written, verbal, visual, and executive-level communication.
•    Training design, facilitation, and effectiveness measurement.
•    Benefits realization and change management.
•    Attention to detail, data quality, and follow-through.

 

Technical Skills:

•    Advanced Excel for large-data analysis, validation, and repeatable reporting.
•    Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence tools used to create and maintain dashboards.
•    Advanced PowerPoint and executive data visualization.
•    Data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation, governance, and KPI controls across business systems.
•    Project and program management tools for planning, risk, action, and status tracking.
•    Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred.
