What you will be doing

Reporting to the Customer Service Responsible, you will support the order management process, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers while helping internal teams operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Registering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures

• Coordinating with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to support smooth order processing

• Monitoring order progress and providing timely updates to customers and stakeholders

• Handling order complaints and returns, ensuring proper follow-up and transparent communication

• Maintaining accurate customer documentation and records

• Supporting customers by answering questions and clarifying order-related information

• Participating in meetings and occasional client interactions to strengthen relationships and improve service delivery

What will make you successful?

This role is suitable for a junior professional who is motivated to learn and develop within customer service and order management.

You will succeed if you:

• Have 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support

• Communicate comfortably in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Show a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset

• Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks

• Are comfortable working with systems and administrative processes

• Work well both independently and as part of a team

• Have experience with SAP (considered a plus)

Experience in customer service, order management or administrative support in an international or industrial environment will be considered an advantage.
