Support process engineers in creating and updating work instructions. Ensuring that procedures are clear, accurate, and easy for operators to follow.
Ensure documents are accurate, complete and properly formatted.
Take measurements, as needed, to support the creation and validation of work instructions.
Capture photos and/or videos to support and enhance work instructions.
Collaborate with different departments to gather information needed for procedures.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain workflow or respond to emergency conditions.
Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards.
Requires the ability to perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirements.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist process engineers in developing and documenting work instructions.
Review and update existing procedures according to the guidance of the engineering team.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a Part-Time Hourly position. Normal hours of work are Monday thru Friday
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Basic engineering knowledge or currently pursuing a degree in a related field
Knowledge of document control processes and standards.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document tools.
Attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively.
