What you will be doing
Supports the sales director and his Sales team through a variety of tasks related to organization, marketing, advertising and communication and general administration. Proficient with a variety of analytical tools, products concepts, marketing practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant and Marketing activities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

BSc in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Proficient in MS Office, marketing software, and online tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, analytics, Google) Strong coordination and organizational skills. Time management Customer service knowledge Team player with leadership ability Multitasking and flexibility Computer software proficiency (Microsoft) Experienced marketing assistant Good grasp of office management and marketing principles
