Procurement Process Specialist

Join Hydro Extrusions as a Procurement Process Specialist and play a key role in ensuring high-quality material master data and efficient procurement processes across our Business Units. In this cross-BU role, you’ll combine your SAP and master data expertise with a process-oriented mindset to drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

• Manage and maintain procured material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely availability.
• Support data governance and data quality by performing audits, validation checks, and resolving data issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and master data processes and support their implementation.
• Drive or contribute to process optimization, automation, workflow improvements, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders across Hydro Extrusions.
• Prepare and analyze reports and data insights to support decision-making and process performance.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Contribute to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and procurement projects, including digitalization and system implementation initiatives such as SAP Ariba, EDI, and automation solutions.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in master data management, procurement, finance, supply chain, or a similar area.
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with process improvement, data management, or project work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership.
