Practical conditions
Workplace: Tønder (minimum 2–3 days per week, full presence required during the first 6 months)
Travel: Limited
Start date: ASAP (e.g., 1 April / 1 May)
What you will be doing
Develop and manage business cases for investments, markets and customers.
Analyze complex datasets and create relevant BI and reporting solutions.
Support Sales with cost calculations and commercially focused financial insights.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process and cost optimization in collaboration with Sales and Production.
What will make you successful?
A relevant master’s degree in economics/business and experience from a commercial Business Controller role.
Motivation for BI, data and the commercial use of financial insights.
Strong ability to present complex data clearly and usefully to stakeholders.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP/BI systems and strong numerical/system skills.
Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage) and practical understanding of a manufacturing environment.
